Rebound - a key program under the 'Global Diversity' initiative of Altimetrik, aims at providing opportunities for women who wish to get back on their tech journey after a career break.

Rebound provides the opportunity for women on a break to update their technical knowledge & reskill through an all-inclusive development program that includes free technical boot camp sessions, mentoring sessions, interpersonal skills training, leadership connects and much more. With this program, Altimetrik aims to empower women and unveil their true potential to fulfill their dreams.

Eligibility

Icons8-Windows-8-Very-Basic-Checkmark Should be able to work in Bengaluru/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune when work from office resumes

        What Makes Us Unique?

    • Applicants will go through 6-8 weeks of a comprehensive development program after selection
    • The development program consists of technical boot camp sessions, mentoring sessions, interpersonal skills training, leadership connects and more 
    • The focus will be on two independent streams

 

Skills Required 

 

Who we are looking for:  

Women with IT experience who are currently on career sabbatical of 6 months to 5 years. 

Experience in one or more of the below requirements: 

    • Proficiency in scripting languages in python, pyspark  
    • Experience/ knowledge in scripting language – python  
    • Knowledge of Data and Analytics in database design, data flow and analysis 
    • Designing and developing scalable ETL packages  
    • Experience in testing and validation to support the accuracy of data transformations and verification  
    • Expert in SQL development and performance tuning  
    • Experience in AWS cloud/DevOps
    • Strong fundamentals in Data Engineering/Data Analytics/Data Science 
    • Quick learners and technology enthusiasts with the potential to upskill on latest technology stacks in Data and Analytics
